UPPER BODY 013023
This is an intermediate session and proper body mechanics, alignment, and weight training techniques are all required to participate in this class.
This class focuses on promoting upper body endurance and strength.
The focus is mostly on muscle groups of the upper body (back, shoulders, chest & arms).
EQUIPMENT: Foam Roller, Mat, Therabands, Tubes with high and hip level attachments, TRX, dumbbells (5-25 lbs. depending on fitness level)
